I really like this location but the self-checkout needs to either be self-checkout or bring the registers (and cashiers) back. There’s no reason for 2/3 of the self checkouts to be closed and the line to be 5 deep at 8am because they’re “short staffed”.
Beautiful plant selection. I love the big bottle of fabulous and the bug spray my favorites when I go to the store.
Almost forgot about this really cool air wick freshener that takes batteries and is sensitive when people walk by it.. I also got this cool command hook that looks like it's a real hook but it's not don't tell nobody...shhhhhh
Do not Buy an appliance from here !
Home Depot paid for my extended warranty due to my appliance being used, was not aware of this until I went to register it with Kitchen Aid. It was a floor model they ( Home Depot Management ) were kind enough to purchase a service protection for me I thought Contract 518378831. Well the pump went out on my dishwasher and Whirlpool nor Home Depot will pay for the repair.
I have spoken to the manager at Home Depot an met with him over a month ago and was told when I followed up to contact the manager that bought the warranty as he is at another store now. I said I didn't think I should have to do all this as I thought I had an extended warranty. Funny that I have gotten several mailings to renew it for more $$ . They want me to renew an extended service agreement that neither Kitchen Aid nor Home Depot has no intention in standing behind. What a sham.

Very helpful paint desk staff. I had several questions regarding solid color stains and needed advice on specific products. The HD staff were very helpful.
Bought an appliances deal at Black Friday was told it would be delivered December 2nd. It got delayed till the 9th now got a call today it got delayed till the 19th. Definitely don’t buy appliances here all they will do is leave you with empty promises don’t trust what the website says as far as a delivery timeline . Definitely the last appliance purchase I’m making here if I can help it
This is a great Home Depot location! I never have any problems getting what I need and I can always find help when I’m havin trouble finding somethin! And of course they’ve always got great prices!
I had a very complicated appliance delivery issue during COVID. The team at this store has done anything and everything they can to help remedy this for me. Joelle, Amy and Paula are excellent. I will absolutely be a return costumer because of these women.
Online corporate customer service post COVID has also been exceptional.
